Cape Liptrap at the south easternmost tip of Australia is a place you must visit, especially if you like to see nature at it’s most beautiful in a harsh and often windswept environment.
The electrical storms on the coast must be magnificent to watch…of course from the comfort of your lounge room window…and I hope that I get the opportunity to witness one in person.
The Cape Liptrap Lighthouse is beautifully maintained and the area is safe and well signed. It’s fascinating to watch the waves crash on the rocks and to see the unique coastal flora as you take a short walk around the site.
