I’ve seen video of pregnant cattle ravenously eating bull kelp washed up on the beaches in Tasmania, so I am aware of how nutritious and useful seaweed is for these animals.
In recent years, seaweed itself has been sold commercially in Supermarkets in Australia where it was previously only available at specialty Asian Delicatessen’s…it’s value as a food for humans is becoming more widely known.
We also use liquid seaweed on our organic garden and when appropriate, we have collected it for use as a mulch as well. It apparently contains almost all minerals, including gold.
