The Bridge At Pearl Park

At the northern end of Main Street Foster is Pearl Park, which was featured in the ABC TV series Bed Of Roses, and as this picture shows with it’s interesting bridge, water lilies and gently running stream, it’s beautiful as well.

There’s a good selection of accommodation choices when visiting the area, with a local backpackers lodge, quality bed and breakfast retreats, beautiful honeymoon getaways, cheap pub rooms and farm stays.

Foster is a large town conveniently situated close to Wilsons Prom, Yanakie, Walkerville, Waratah Bay, Meeniyan, Port Franklin, Welshpool, Port Welshpool and Inverloch. Find out more on the South Gippsland Website.
